We have modelled two houses, one detached house of 120m2 and the other a terraced house of 100m2. Each has three bedrooms and one bathroom. Each house is un-insulated with an old boiler, single glazed windows and standard lighting.
The savings shown are for each measure taken one at a time and are calculated using Government specified software. Please note this is a guide only as every house is different. We hope our model will give you a guide to the kind of savings in energy, CO2 and/or financial that taking energy saving measures in your house might give.
