The first engineer identified the issue correctly however they were over charging by more than double for replacement parts -rip off. I purchased the replacement part myself and a second engineer was called in however he was unable to remove the boiler cover and suggested that I should instead buy a new boiler because 'it looks a little old'-incompetent. The third engineer visited the property and confirmed the part to be replaced and also identified a second item needing replacement, the engineer then disappeared-unprofessional.
